Ken comes to us as a friend of our own Chef V. Ken started brewing at the age of 13 growing up in Ontario. He began work for a local micro brewery after graduating from high school. Ken then went on to an apprenticeship as brewer and maltster with Brauerei Aying in Bavaria and graduated Diplom-Braumeister from the University of Munich at Weihenstephan. Ken has worked for some of the the largest(Labatt’s) and most revered(Bell’s) breweries in the industry.
Ken will discuss the world of beer form his perspective, share some ales of his own and preside over a classic, malty, five course Americano dinner paired with exotic ales from our cellar.
